We have a requirement of a Creative Web Designer (He) who have very good experience in UI design for professional websites and web 2.0 applications layouts, and he must have comfortable with the construction of Home Page and One Internal Page. He must know the HTML optimization for W3C XHTML compatibility.
We also expect that the Web Designer should have good experience in table less layout construction including the cross-browser CSS compatibility testing and optimization.
If the Web Designer is having little understanding about Macromedia Flash then it'll be added advantage for him but it's not necessary, because our goal is to design the accessible and search engine friendly web site.
You have to work on following Software: Adobe Photoshop CS3, Adobe Dreamweaver CS3, Adobe Fireworks CS3, Adobe Flash CS3 Professional, Adobe Illustrator, HTML for the code optimization, CSS for the easy management of the complete web site.
Working Experience: At least 18 months. (Rest we will analyze after having a look of your past website designed by you and the working comfort with the Designing Software, Mouse and Keyboard in the Sample Design session).
Salary: Rs. 20,000/- per month. (Can be increased, if the Designer deserve for higher salary according to our internal criteria).
Age: 23-30 years only.
